The Capricorn Coast Region is located in Central Queensland, at the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Yeppoon is approximately 30 minutes by road from Rockhampton, making it easy to explore the coast, islands, rainforest and hinterland.
How long should I stay?
A long weekend is a wonderful introduction, but five to seven nights allows more time to discover everything the region has to offer. Explore island escapes, rainforest adventures, country experiences, caves and coastal villages at your own pace.

How do I get to Great Keppel Island?
